The Bell Tent Retreat offers exclusive glamping in Worcestershire for families, friends and groups looking for a private countryside escape. Your booking includes exclusive use of approximately three acres of private meadow, with no shared facilities and No other guests on site. Surrounded by grazing livestock, hay meadows and the wider landscape of our working organic farm, it offers the feeling of having your own corner of the Worcestershire countryside.

2026 Season

£300 - £450 / night
  • Weekend nights (Fri/Sat): £450 per night
  • Sundays : £300 per night
  • Weekday nights (Mon–Thu): £400 per night
  • Cleaning fee: £70 per stay
  • Dog fee: £50 per dog (up to 2 dogs allowed, £30 refundable providing dogs are clean)
  • Sleeps 10 in furnished bell tents with bedding provided
  • groups of up to 18 welcome — bring your own extra sleeping arrangements
  • Entire site exclusively yours
  • No booking fees when booking direct
Optional Add-On

Extra Bell Tents

£200 - £300 / stay
  • Add up to 2 extra tents (sleeps up to 18 people total)
  • Extra Bell Tent (2 guests): £200 per stay (includes one luxury mattress, complete bedding, and floor rugs)
  • Extra Bell Tent (up to 4 guests): £300 per stay (includes two luxury mattresses, complete bedding, and floor rugs)
  • Flat rate is per stay, not per night, added directly to your booking fee
  • Comfortable floor mattresses with premium bedding included (no raised frames)
  • Perfect for larger groups to keep everyone glamping together
  • Eliminates the need for guests to pitch extra tents or bring air beds
