Group bookings & retreats

Yes - every booking includes exclusive use of the entire 3-acre private meadow. No other guests, no shared facilities, no strangers arriving. Just your group, the farm, and the countryside. It works well for birthdays, reunions, hen parties, family gatherings, or any occasion where you want the place to yourselves.

The five bell tents sleep 10 guests in king-size beds with bedding provided. groups of up to 18 are welcome — bring extra sleeping arrangements like air beds, camp beds, or small tents for children. Please let us know numbers in advance.

Booking and pricing

Check availability and book direct through the booking calendar on the Bell Tent Retreat page. No booking fees when you book direct. You can also WhatsApp or email Elizabeth if you have any questions before booking.

The Bell Tent Retreat is £500 per night at weekends and £450 per night on weekdays, plus a £70 cleaning fee per stay. The whole site is exclusively yours with no per-person charge, for up to 18 guests. No booking fees when you book direct.

Cancellation: Full refund (4 weeks or more notice) · 50% refund (2–4 weeks notice) · No refund within 2 weeks. Not sure if your event is a fit? Just ask Elizabeth.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights for all bookings, both weekdays and weekends.

No. When you book direct through our website, you avoid any third-party booking fees.

The site & amenities

Please ask about pets before booking. When on the farm, dogs must be kept on leads around livestock and stick to footpaths.

The Bell Tent Retreat has solar electricity only (suitable for charging phones and powering lights; there is no mains power in the meadow).

Towels are not provided for the Bell Tent Retreat. Please bring your own. Bedding is provided.

Yes. The Bell Tent Retreat features a central fire pit in the communal area (firewood is available to buy on-site).

Check in from 3pm. Check out by 10am.

Unlike many glamping sites, every booking includes exclusive use of the retreat. There are no shared camping pitches, no neighbouring groups, and no public access to the glamping area during your stay.

Getting here & The farm

Near Martley, Worcestershire. 25 minutes from Worcester, 50 minutes from Birmingham, 40 minutes from Hereford.

Yes, you can drive straight onto the site. Free parking is available on site. Very low cars are not advised on the farm track.

Yes — it's a working organic farm with cattle, sheep, hop gardens, and orchards. You're welcome to enjoy the footpaths across the farm, and we ask that pets are kept on leads around the livestock.

Exclusive campsite hire

Yes — every booking includes exclusive use of the entire 1.5 acre site. You will have full access without sharing any facilities with other guests.

The Exclusive Campsite is designed for groups of up to 18 guests max. Bring your own tents and sleeping arrangements.

The Exclusive Campsite is a flat rate of £240 per night — the whole site is exclusively yours, for up to 18 guests. No booking fees when you book direct.

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights for all bookings, both weekdays and weekends.

The site & amenities

Please ask about pets before booking. When on the farm, dogs must be kept on leads around livestock and stick to footpaths.

There is no mains electricity on site — this is genuine off grid camping. Solar chargers and battery banks are recommended for phone charging.

We provide the essentials: 2 portaloos, 1 outdoor shower, a stone fire pit area, and a secure lockable indoor storage space to put your things. All other camping gear (tents, bedding, towels, cooking kit, food and drink) should be brought by you.

About the huts & privacy

Yes. Skylark and Nuthatch are designed for couples and are positioned to offer complete visual privacy from one another, with no shared access.

Each shepherd hut is strictly for a maximum of 2 people (designed for couples). They cannot be booked together for groups of 4 as they won't be accessible to each other.

The Shepherd Huts (opening late Summer 2026) are £150 per night. We are offering a special 20% discount for the first 10 bookings.

Shepherd hut bookings have a minimum stay of 2 nights.

Hut amenities & utilities

No. To preserve clean air and keep the huts allergen-free for all guests, pets are strictly not permitted in the shepherd huts.

Yes, the shepherd huts feature full mains power, electric heating, and cozy electric blankets to keep you warm throughout your stay.

Yes. All bedding, luxury towels, and organic toiletries are fully provided for your stay.

Each hut features a fully equipped kitchen with a 2-ring gas hob, air fryer, toaster, kettle, and fridge (stocked with a mini milk jug and 6 farm-fresh organic eggs on arrival). All plates, cutlery, mugs, and complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar are also included.

Yes. Each hut features its own private outdoor fire pit with campfire wood and a cooking grill provided (strictly no indoor wood burners to preserve clean air inside the huts and reduce fire risk).

Getting here & The farm

Near Martley, Worcestershire, approximately 25 minutes from Worcester city centre and around 30 minutes from the Malvern Hills.

Yes — Skylark and Nuthatch sit on our family-run organic working farm. You are welcome to walk along the designated footpaths across the farm fields.
